Fujitsu製の6Gb RAID 0/1/10をサポートするD2607カードは、標準ではJBODは使えないんだけど、載ってるLSISAS2008はJBODサポートしてるので、D2607でJBODできないかを検証。

結果を先に言うとD2607でJBODは可能。やり方も簡単でコマンド1つ実行してJBODを有効にするだけ。以下やり方。

マシンをpower on。
RAIDカードの初期化画面(BIOS POSTの時)が出たら("Press for WebBIOS or press for Preboot CLI"のメッセージが出たら)、Ctrl + Yを押してPCLI環境に入る。
$ -AdpGetProp -EnableJBOD -a0 を実行して現在の値を確認。"Disabled"になってる場合はJBODは無効化されている。

'q'ボタンを押してPCLI環境から抜けて、マシン再起動。
もしディスクの状態が"Unconfigured Good"の場合は、"JBOD"に変更する。
再起動。RAIDカードの初期化画面でディスクがJBODとして認識されていることを確認して終了。

あとはOSのインストールとかすれば各ディスクがJBODとして見えるはず。x86 SolarisとかでZFSで管理したい人とかにはいいかもですね。僕はRHEL 6.3とSolaris 10 U10で確認してみましたが、どちらでも問題なくJBODで使えました。

最後に。D2607でのJBODはFujitsuがサポートしている構成ではありません。上記作業によって何か問題が起こっても、自己責任でお願いします。
