I know some tools, such as Daemon Tools, CDmage, or Alcohol 120%, to manage ISO images on the Windows environment. Microsoft also has a small program which allows you to mount ISO images on your Windows XP machine. It's "Virtual CD-ROM Control Panel for Windows XP". It's free and not supported by Microsoft. I think it's not easier to use it than other software, but it is okay. I've been using Daemon Tools for many years to do this and really like it, though.
